Clean and Press- Are You Doing It RIght?
Call me slow, but I just realized somethig about the C & P that I have been doing religiously for over 15 years.  If you do it right, it REALLY IS EASIER!

Do you start with an upright row and squat down to meet the bar?  Then drive it up with your strong core and legs?  You should! Yesterday I realized that if you do it right, you don't have to lift the bar very high in the upright row because your squat brings you down to meet the bar.  How come I never saw that before, Captain Obvious?
