Fitting Yoga into Your Busy Schedule—Indoors or Out!

Fitting yoga into your summer schedule is no problem at Heron Creek Yoga. Fit your class in before work, over your lunch hour or after the kids are in bed. We offer over 30 classes a week throughout the summer months including an assortment of early morning, daytime, evening and weekend classes. We even have a great All Levels class Thursday evenings 7:30-8:30 p.m. outside behind the Morgan Firestone Arena/ Heron Creek Fitness for July and August. (Inside if it rains.)

A Class for Everybody

Summer is the perfect time to try yoga.  The studio is less busy and our instructors have more time to give you personal attention.  Our intro level classes are targeted at beginners who are just getting to know how amazing regular yoga practice is. We also offer Ballet Barre and Body Sculpt for folks who also want a different approach to getting toned and stronger.

Regardless of whether you are a looking for a more restorative class, are recovering from an injury, or are a seasoned yogi, we have classes that will appeal to you. After a busy day out with the kids, why not unwind with the help of one of our more relaxing classes, like Relax and unwind yoga on Friday evening before drinks on the deck and Restorative Yoga on Sunday night to prepare you for your work week. We promise you that you won’t regret it.
