what to wear:

Comfortable, athletic clothing.

Bring a sweater or wear layers,

If you get hot, you can always take them off.

For Yoga, bare feet are strongly recommended

For Body Sculpting and Ballet Barre, we recommend clean indoor shoes.

No outdoor shoes are allowed in the studio.

what to bring:

Yoga mat

(If you do not have your own we have sustainbly-made Jade rubber mats available for purchase as well as mat rental for $2)

Small hand towel

Water bottle (optional)

Yoga props (optional)

we supply blocks, straps, bolsters & eye pillows, but you can also bring your own

hands on a yoga mat

studio policies

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for class

Come earlier if you need to fill out a waiver or pay for classes or you can click below and save a tree by filling out your paperwork online. We are open 15 minutes before and after classes, and closed most afternoons between 1:30-5:30.

Latecomers will not be admitted to classes

Please turn your cellphone OFF or on SILENT. (VIBRATE is too noisy for Yoga class.)

If you have never tried Yoga before or have not practiced in several months or more, we suggest an Intro to Yoga class. Please go to our Classes Page for options.

To minimize your membership costs, we are often closed when classes are in session, but we are open 15 minutes before classes. Usually open 9am-1:30pm and 5:30-9 weekdays.9-12 Saturdays. Between classes only on Sundays.
