FITNESS CLASSES
Ballet Barre
In this fun, energetic, workout, you’ll use the barre and mini-balls, small hand weights while using techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone,define and chisel the whole body.
Barre & Pilates
Start your week off right with Barre & Pilates! This fun, engaging class targets arms, glutes, legs and abs using a variety of props. Incorporates a variety of body movements to engage various muscle groups.

Body Blast
Enjoy a full body workout with an emphasis on functional, body weight movements. Experience a challenging mixture of core, cardio, and resistance exercises to elevate the heart rate and build up heat to strengthen and tone your muscles.No experience required.
Boxing
Our boxing classes are very popular as they provide an excellent cardio workout while helping to build muscle strength. Our certified trainers will work alongside you and keep you motivated to achieve your full potential.
Burn Fat & Tone Up HIIT
​Challenge yourself with this mixture of core, cardio, and resistance exercises to elevate the heart rate, burn fat, and tone your muscles. Using a variety of equipment from weights to bands, participants can work at their own pace and level for a full body workout. No experience required.

Group Strength
If you love Group Power or Body Pump, you'll love Group Strength. Get lean and build strength with resistance training in a group setting using barbells, dumbbells and body weight choreographed to motivating music. Some props required, but substitute with household items.

Pilates
Pilates creates long, lean, toned muscle. It's deep strengthening and total body engagement corrects alignment, improves posture, and builds stability. Enjoy this well-rounded workout that includes rings, balls, and body weight exercises.

Pilates Fusion
Move through traditional Pilates poses to build heat and target alignment. This class also blends in weights, cardio, and other exercises to create a unique experience leaving the body feeling balanced and energized.

Mom & Baby Fitness
Join us for five weeks of fun fitness that you can bring baby to! Focus on key post-partum exercises and stretches, meet other moms and connect with your little one. All equipment provided, but bring a blanket or car seat for your little one. All levels will be accommodated.
Spin
If you can ride a bike, you can Spin. Improve your endurance & cardio and get a super-toned lower body in our 30 or 45 minute class! Fully adjustable bikes allow you to work at your own pace and beginners are always welcome. *Pre-register- space is limited.*
Total Body HIIT
Our HIIT circuit alternates work times and rest times at different stations. Hits every body part & keeps you from getting bored. All levels welcome. You can succeed AT YOUR OWN LEVEL! We cheer on and support each other and grow stronger!
Zumba
Ditch the “work” and join the party! Based on Latin dance moves, we get your heart pumping with a great cardio workout while also strengthening muscles, improving coordination and balance. If you are looking to spice up your fitness routine, be sure to add Zumba!

Candlelit Flow & Unwind

Holistic Yoga
Holistic Yoga is focused on healing. The practices are designed to help you understand your body better, regulate your nervous system, improve your posture, improve the circulation of prana (vital energy or qi) in your whole system.

Guided Meditation
Cultivate mindfulness and calmness of mind and body in this guided meditation class. Learn and practice techniques to help improve focus, breath, and reduce anxiety. Take time to still yourself and tune in.

Mom & Baby Postnatal Yoga
Join us every Monday morning for five weeks. Babies 0-9 months are welcome. Props to be provided, but bring a blanket or something comforting for your little one. Movement will be geared towards the mother, with a focus each class dedicated to strengthening, relaxing, and breathing. Heron Creek is a great community hub where you can meet like-minded individuals and build community.

Pilates & Yoga
A fun, active challenge that will condition your body. Get lean, toned, and build strength in this engaging class that perfectly blends the best of yoga and Pilates.

Restorative Yoga
Enjoy fully prop-supported poses that release both muscular and mental tension, allowing you to heal, de-stress and recharge. Tap into your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) through lengthy poses and deep breathing. Suitable for all ages, stages, and abilities.

Rise & Shine Yoga
Start your day with gentle movement to awaken the body and mind. Begin meditatively and move on to more invigorating and energizing sequences. No experience recommended.
Vinyasa
​Move through a creative series of poses to challenge the mind, body and breath. This Vinyasa Flow class explores continual movement where each breath is matched with movement, and savasana (the final resting pose) is well earned. Come play on your mat, tap into your practice, and leave feeling invigorated and renewed.
Yin Yoga
Move through traditional Pilates poses to build heat and target alignment. This class also blends in weights, cardio, and other exercises to create a unique experience leaving the body feeling balanced and energized.

Yoga Basics
Explore yoga fundamentals such as poses (asanas) and breath work (pranayama) to begin improving health in both body and mind. Learn to listen to your body, increase stamina, strength and balance, and reduce stress. No experience required.
