Kitten Yoga

What could be better paired then yoga and adoptable kittens? NLCR is bringing in some adorable and adoptable kittens for a special yoga flow class with Dawn. Tickets cost extra at $25 per person; all proceeds will be going to Ninth Life Cat Rescue!
Nutrition Workshop w/ Dawn
January 14th 2PM
A workshop with Dawn to help you better understand your body and the importance of nutrition. Learn what foods to eat and practice mindful eating to keep on track with your goals.
Yin/Restorative Yoga
Begins Sunday Jan. 14th at 7PM (Except Feb 4th - Pamela will be teaching a 75 min Reiki class)
Every Sunday evening as part of the Revive and Thrive, we will be hosting a yin/restorative yoga class at 7PM to help engage mental wellness. Mindful and gentle flow can change your mindset and give you strength to commit to your fitness goals and connect with yourself.
Expresso Bike Game Day

Did you know that our Expresso bikes have tons of fun games to play? Play Dragonworld for 20 mins, earn as many points as you can, and get your name placed into a month draw for some fun prizes!

Free Meditation
Begins Jan. 17th
Free Meditation on Wednesdays at 11:30AM. Learn to practice mindfulness and meditation with Dawn. Practicing meditation can majorly improve mental health, which overall benefits your physical and mental well-being. Try it this week!

Cardio Socials

Meeting new people at the gym can be intimidating, but having a gym buddy or buddies can keep you showing up! Cardio socials are just that! Listen to themed music and come do some cardio with staff and members of the gym.
Hiking Group

Did you know we have trails just outside Heron Creek? Get some fresh air with us this winter and join our hiking group. Dress warmly!

Stretch it Out Workshop

Learn all you can about stretching before and after a workout. Stretching is extremely important in fitness to prevent injury and to aid in recovery. Learn to move your body dynamically and statically to greatly improve your fitness routine!
Rowing Event w/ Daelyn

Interested in trying out our rowing machines as an alternative cardiovascular exercise? Learn all you need to know with Daelyn (retired competitive rower). Rowing can be a great full-body exercise that can challenge you to push yourself!

Michelle's meal prepping class provides food and Tupperware for three separate meals for a family/group of four! Never stress about meal prepping again with Michelle's tips and tricks.

Low Back Love w/ Stephanie

A special yoga workshop dedicated to loving your back. Spend two hours moving and stretching your body, understanding the importance of stretching, and find yourself free from back pain. This class costs extra at $39+HST per person.

Family Yoga

Yoga can be helpful to kids in many ways. Family yoga can help reduce anxiety, help with emotional regulation, create awareness and help with self-esteem, while also helping with strength and flexibility. Open to ages 6-11 and tickets are $10 pp!
