Dawn Sarabura

Dawn Sarabura is a seasoned fitness professional with over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Since founding Heron Creek Yoga & Fitness in 2003 Dawn has helped thousands of individuals achieve their fitness goals in a safe and fun way. Her credentials include certifications as a Personal Trainer in both the U.S. and Canada, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and Pilates. She also enjoys teaching cardio dance, HIIT, Spin, Group Strength and AquaFit.


Dawn's approach to personal training is holistic, combining weight training for sustainable weight loss and overall well-being with the core-strengthening principles of Pilates and the mobility of yoga. She believes in helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence by creating well-rounded, personalized training programs that are tailored to her clients and fun to do.


With a passion for helping others improve their quality of life, Dawn offers a wealth of expertise and guidance in every session. She believes fitness is most effective when it's enjoyable and relevant. She educates clients on the benefits of each exercise while creating a fun, rewarding session.
