Donna McManamy is a highly experienced personal trainer with a deep passion for fitness that spans decades. In 1995 Donna opened Donna’s Friends In Fitness which served thousands of Hamiltonians. She has witnessed numerous trends come and go in the fitness industry. However, her core philosophy has always remained the same: optimal health comes from a consistent routine of healthy eating and regular exercise.
