Michelle Roberts
Michelle Roberts is a dedicated and passionate personal trainer at Heron Creek Yoga and Fitness, with over 20 years of personal fitness experience. After years of an on-again, off-again relationship with the gym, Michelle found her true passion for strength training when she joined Heron Creek six years ago. Since then, she has transformed her lifestyle, losing 48 pounds, building strength, and maintaining her fitness goals with confidence and consistency.
Certified by CanFitPro, Michelle specializes in helping men and women who are new to lifting weights or may feel intimidated by gym equipment. Her mission is to make the gym a welcoming and empowering space, guiding her clients to feel confident in their workouts while achieving their goals.
Michelle understands firsthand the challenges of starting and sticking with a fitness routine, and she is eager to share her personal journey to inspire and support others. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, lose weight, or simply gain confidence in the gym, Michelle is ready to help you every step of the way.
