About

Rowan Watson

Rowan Watson is a dynamic and passionate personal trainer. Her love for sports and physical activity began early in life, with a strong focus on hockey, soccer, and running. Growing up playing a variety of sports sparked her interest in exercise, which deepened when she began working out in a gym. Driven to learn more about the body’s movement and mechanics, Rowan earned her B.Sc. in Kinesiology from Western University. Her academic background gives her a deep understanding of the body’s structural, functional, and mechanical processes, knowledge she brings into her personal training sessions. Certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), Rowan has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Rowan also trains teams, including her former team, the Ancaster Avalanche Girls U18 AA’s, focusing on improving their competitive edge.

She takes a personalized approach to training, believing that fitness is most effective when it is both enjoyable and well understood. Her goal is to educate clients on the benefits of specific exercises while creating an environment that makes working out exciting and rewarding. Whether you want to build strength, lose weight, or improve overall functionality, Rowan designs individualized programs to meet each client’s unique needs. Balancing her personal training role with studying Osteopathy full-time at Sheridan College, Rowan understands the demands of a busy lifestyle and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate her clients' needs.
