Hi, I’m Rowan, Heron Creek’s team trainer. I’m so excited to help your team reach the next level! With a background in competitive hockey, soccer, and running, I have a tremendous amount of experience improving athletic performance. Whether your team needs improvements in stamina, speed, or strength, I will push your team to new capabilities.

I am a kinesiology graduate, a personal trainer and a team trainer. Through my experience, I will tailor your team’s training sessions to meet their individual, sport-specific needs. I have conditioned numerous high-level hockey teams to refine the athlete’s abilities while fostering a sense of camaraderie and positivity.

Whether it is your athlete’s first time in a gym, or they have already begun cross-training, I will raise your team’s fitness level in an encouraging and engaging atmosphere.
